“I don’t usually write reviews but the service I received from Shannon & Sam in store on Saturday was beyond standard customer service. After an issue accessing my Lego VIP account (where I had £12 worth of points to spend), they spent over an hour helping me sort out the issue. They were friendly, patient and more than helpful. Most importantly it was service with a smile the entire time, they showed no sign of anger/annoyance at having to help me. Cannot recommend them enough. Truly amazing service.”

“Danny and Julie at central Milton Keynes store , always go of there way to help customers , these two members of staff a great , when I go into the store these two members of staff are always ready to help customers , so helpful too , for weeks now I have been trying to get a wooden heart photo frame without no luck , Julie told me where to try but nothing yet I m hoping it comes back in soon in store ,”

“Came in to get a build for my granddaughter and was served by Sue.She helped me to choose a bear, and any extras i would like i chose a recording, my granddaughter chose the heart and loved the system Sue has by shaking the heart, rubbing between hands to warm the heart, place it on her forehead to make a wish than kiss the heart, Sue lets her put the heart in the bear herself. Than lets her name the bear and takes her to the desk for birth certificate. Love the experience and fantastic service thank you very much”
