Despite the best efforts of some staff, trying to upgrade my contract has proven to be a step too far for them. Their system is prone to staff making errors and it's been nearly eight weeks with no satisfactory results. Time to move on probably

Had superlative service from Sal today. He handled my mobile queries brilliantly, and also got me onto a great new broadband deal which will resolve a few problems I?ve been having with my current Vodafone broadband (as I?ll get a new router). Same price, faster speed!

Customer service here is almost non existent. Went in to see why I have a sudden and unexpected increase in my monthly bills. The attitude was horrendous and makes you feel like you?re putting them at a massive inconvenience. Needless to say I left non the wiser, but also with my account now locked so I can?t see anything on it now! I?ll be ditching my 2 mobile phone and home broadband contracts as soon as it makes financial sense and going with someone else who can be bothered to help! Vodaphone is a complete rip off with maximum allowable charges increase whenever they get the chance too!

Tried to upgrade or SIM only today it did not happen customer service at central Milton Keynes branch is a complete no no have no idea and a team leader who does not want to deal with customers except to tell them to wait no one smile in the place I wonder if Vodafone look at these reviews they need to if you need advice I would go somewhere else and don't waste your time

People who's working in branch are the best ,bit Vodafone system rubbish,deal made with £25 and they charge me £39 and when I called customer service they said its by mistake, they can't refund it but they will add to my Vodafone account ,so when I go shopping I will give Tesco my Vodafone account number ,very bad company

Unreachable, terrible service, no humans contact if you try calling..cannot wait for my contract to end, will never use again
