Terrible service , closed when they want , don?t answer the phone and then tell you the prescription the doctor sent over will take two days . I needed some sleep medication but they closed early so now I am suicidal wide awake all night . How this place is still going is beyond me , will be changing to Jardines wolverton square, much nicer staff that can cope unlike this pharmacy , they just can?t cope they need properly trained staff , diabolical just leaving people without their medication . Will probably see the end of this chain based on this shop .

When calling the number provided 315321 ,its being answered and staff saying its a private number and not the pharmacy, but they're only answering to private numbers

I had to wait for BP medication for over a week because of extremely unsafe and unprofessional practice that I was told by the acting manager at the time was normal for them. After having waited for my medication to reach this pharmacy, I got home to discover that it had been given to me in a box that had been so damaged it looked like left over medication, had been trod on or that it had been tampered with. In any case the state of it left me feeling unsafe to proceed with using the medication. Holding on further after the first pick up. I took the damaged box of medication back to the pharmacy after the weekend and was taken aback when the manager insisted it was normal practice for them is to hand out damaged boxes provided the pills inside remained sealed. Maybe its because I am accustomed to pharmacies that pride themselves in presenting a product with care inside & outside, but it's more likely this manager believes her role to be in part arguing with customers over petty & easily resolved matters. I had to reorder the medication as she stood her ground that it was perfectly safe for me to take. She could make no sure assurances for a tampered box, had I ordered vitamins online that arrived in that condition not only would the company have advised me to dispose of them, while the quickly arranged a replacement, they would be apologetic as well. Further training is needed here but I am concerned that other customers are being forced to accept this dangerous and lazy practice as acceptable. It has been over a week without my HB medication, thankfully I had my refill today. But rest assured that when a company gives me early warning that they don't care about how they present their business, it is left up to me to move somewhere safer or remain. I will not be using them again

Ran out of Medication today (no fault of pharmacy). They were so helpful, advised what I needed to do and within 20 minutes they had prepared my medication and dispenced to me. 5 star service and thank you so much ?

Absolute joke of a pharmacy, lost my dad's prescription twice in a month. They finally say they have it a nd will deliver but nothing, I spend 2 hours calling non stop and never answered once for me to find out where his meds are yet again.

Always polite & great customer service from the staff (Sarah,Shelly & Lucy), no issues with my prescriptions always ready same day if put into the doctors in the morning & ready in the pharmacy by late afternoon. Always have othet products i need when needed.
