The staff is very rude. Maybe some training can be provided to teach them to be more polite and have some manners when dealing with customers.

I had a fantastic shopping experience at Zara. The store layout was clean and well-organized, making it easy to browse their stylish clothing collections. Prices were reasonable for the quality and style. I appreciated the wide range of sizes available, making it inclusive for all shoppers. Would be a great shop without the staff. A self service situation would make the trying on and checkout experience actually pleasant. Or maybe just better staff.

Very busy today, long queues at the checkout, always a problem at Zara. I must say that the store was very tidy and the racks were well looked after by staff.

Run down store desperately in need of a refit. Poor queuing system in place. Lack of staff and a very rude security guard (on several visits) really let this store down.

Google says should be open at 10.30am at Sunday, but they didn't even 10.50am still closed.. A lot people waiting outside to get in. Nobody from staff come out to say for people that they open 11am today as they have a lot work (one of member of staff mention while loading boxes)... Thats worsr atattitude to clients which I ever saw in life. Needed to leave without shopping as there is other stuff to do, not only queing to be let in shop
