I have used Haitham for reasonably substantial upgrades to my last two houses. I make a point of contacting him first and would rather wait for him to be available than go somewhere else just because they might be able to fit me in more quickly. Haitham responded quickly to time-limited request for Electrical Installation Condition Report. He provided useful information up front and a competitive price, as well as offering to prioritise the report. True to his word, the report was available the very next working day. He was polite and professional, and explained what was happening at every stage of the process. Very pleased with the service.

Prompt and excellent service. Good communication before, during and after the visit. Haitham arrived on time and conducted a thorough inspection. He kept me informed of his progress throughout and pointed out any items that needed possible rectification. He was very courteous and showed respect for the property. He even did some small repairs that saved us the added expense of getting another contractor in, I would highly recommend him and his company.

I needed an electrician to work in between other works happening over a two week period. I am very happy to recommend DHE Ltd. Haithan has been extremely professional, very patient, proactive with ideas and flexible with his time. He liaised with my joiners to ensure the correct electrics were installed. He changed our lights, chased walls, installed a radiator. He also worked on a Sunday so I could move back in. I will be using DHE again soon for more lights. A + service. Thank you.

Avoid this company at all cost. The level of customer service is absolutely abhor. The company will only install the service and will not help with any problems with the machine after installation. When you call to ask for help they will only tell you to call the actual device manufacturers. The electrician will not take responsibility for what is promised. Now we are left with cameras that do not work properly and no help at all.

I'd highly recommend Haitham and team of Dream Home Experts Ltd they carried out all electrical work in our new extension (kitchen/utility room/bathroom also installing a new consumer unit) and additional works to the existing kitchen. Their work is of a high standard, they were reliable, knowledgeable and made useful suggestions. All certication was provided unprompted. Works carried out were very good value for money. I would use them again without hesitation.
