I have shopped in charity shops since I was 15 around the globe and have always found the process of buying something and supporting a cause at the same time, the most ethical way of consumerism. The Willen Hospice Shops offer awesome clothing from a quality, price point of view and the staff are just lovely..Highly reccomend xxx

I will not be returning. I will state a few reasons why. Entering with an ear to ear grin, I exited with an invisible smoke of anger. I entered, looked around and saw a lady glaring at me behind a wall. I addressed this to my friend and we kept it in mind. Then, whilst undressing and Changing into the clothing we wanted to purchase, a disrespectful lady peeked through the curtains and began shaming me and saying my body was to small to wear such dress. I got changed IMMEDIANTLY and exited the shop in complete rage. The woman continued being rude and began whispering privately to another customer about us. Won?t be coming back after that unbelievable experience

A rude lady came in and started saying I was to small for the dress I was trying on and told me to leave the store. She walked in on me and my friend getting changed and kicked us out of the shop whilst talking about us to other workers behind our backs.

Great selection, there's a little bit of everything. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful

Good selection, reasonable prices, friendly staffI've bought several shirts from here over the years, the men's clothing selection is small but definitely worth a look if you're passing. They sell new products as well as donated, used products - all for a good cause! Was particularly impressed with their 2nd hand Ousedale school uniform - it's super expensive new, great to have a cheaper used option.

Really vast selection with great layout, love that the clothes are upstairs. Have only ever bought a precious Gromit teddy from here but hopefully one day I?ll come out with more!

Two visits, two great purchases. I just wish the stock for mens clothes was larger. All for a very good cause.

Like most of the Willen Hospice stores, little over priced and more like a retail store than a charity shop that you would expect to go to. Poor ranges of clothing.

I visited the 'Willen Hospice' shop Olney Bucks on Saturday 16th September 2017 before meeting up with an old friend at 'Costas' nearby. The vintage clothes/accessories department is great, although access up to the top floor is a 'narrow' stair-case and did not view any lift so may be 'not so good' for all consumers? Although I did not enquire about other accesses to this floor. The staff on duty that day seemed very helpful and obliging in my opinion. I am hoping to do some 'volunteer' work in this area and hopefully will be able to gain some 'expertize' and 'knowledge' in the current 'retail' field. PS: I did purchase some 'fab' 'tan' cowboy boots and a lovely 'deep' 'blue' vintage 'bead' belt which people have already 'commented' on. If you love 'all things vintage' and 'good quality' buys like me 'I'd sashay on down there. Yours 'on trend' Ms Deborah LeasX

Clearly the manager had an off day - She is the rudest person we have ever encountered, awlful person working in the wrong place We will not return again - it felt like we were arriving for a Faulty Towers experience

This is a nice second hand charity shop which is situated of of the market square, so a good area of olney. I have been in there a few times and they have a good selection of good available at all times, they also have some new products and at christmas times do some lovely christmas cards, and all for a good cause! The staff are always very helpful and poliet and they will do anything they can to help you. You can also bring in any of your things that you no longer need so they can help earn some extra money for a great cause! The opening hours are really good and they are open the same as most of the other shops near by.
