Max and Jaydon were amazing to us and to deal with. They went above and beyond, nothing was too much trouble and we believe, they broke the stigma that estate agents are hard to deal with. Would recommend them to anyone around the Winslow area. Thank you guys, keep doing it how you?re doing it.

Our house sale and purchase took longer than we had anticipated, however both Joe and Max did their best to reassure us and eventually 6 months later we finally moved into our forever home. We dealt mainly with Max in the Winslow office. What a great asset to Wilkinsons he is! Each time I had a question, called him or emailed him he was quick to respond and always followed up anything we needed to know. As anyone knows, moving is a very stressful event but Max somehow managed to calm us and keep us focused. It was a pleasure to deal with him, also Joe was always very helpful so all in all they are a great team!Thank you, we really do love our bungalow.

Excellent communication from Fiona (Winslow office) from beginning to the end of our sale journey. Her persistence in contacting all parties down the chain regularly to get the sale completed was second to none. When Fiona unfortunately had to be off work for several weeks both Grant and Anita also communicated regularly with us. All in all an excellent estate agent.

All house transactions are stressful, but this one was particularly difficult and long winded. It nearly fell through several times and a big reason that it didn?t is that we had Anita (at Wilkinson?s in Winslow) on the case who is frankly a brilliant estate agent. She managed the process closely and diligently (in comparison to the other agents handling our side of the chain who I hardly ever heard from). It is in many way thanks to a Anita that we now have our wonderful new home. We were the purchasers in this process, but if you are selling a house, you could do far worse in your choice of agents. This house was completely off brief for us, but perfect once we understood it more. Another agent may not have had the ability to convince us to even view it, but she did.

We recently sold & purchased through The Wilkinson Partnership, We found all staff to be professional and immense care was taken with viewings as these happened during the pandemic so every step was taken to ensure everyone remained safe, communication and feedback on viewings was always immediate and staff had good knowledge of our property and the immediate area, should any queries arise. With our purchase we were extremely adamant on what we wanted and they found it for us. Everything went smoothly with sale and purchase and I found that both Sue and Grant were always available if needed and Sue especially was very quick to respond to emails and queries. We would recommend using them.
