“I went into the Cambridge Newmarket road branch today with a sudden flat tire. I was greeted by a very nice man named Richard I think he could see I was a bit upset and drenched from the rain with a flat. I could see they were short staffed but he went above and beyond to fix my bike and was such a nice man answering my questions and chatting to me with a cheery manner. “I have a 2003 vehicle that has had all sorts of problems since I bought it. I took it here yesterday to try to fix a squealing noise when starting and a low tire and today it drives like a new car! The steering wheel no longer shakes when braking, and there is no squealing! My neighbors are so happy haha. Thanks to Stuart and the team for their communication and stellar work.
