Had a kitchen designed in Cambridge by Matthias (if I remember the name correctly, apologies if I've got this wrong)
The designer was very heplfull, approachable and gave me advise on worktops and units design, so it shows he knows what he is doing.
Never too much trouble if i had to change something or check and check again measurements and design.
Great customer service skills.
Hope we will have the same experience with the delivery 😊

A generous sized B&Q. I give it five stars because I built my kitchen from stock items and it looks nice enough. Seems to be good quality so far. The staff were very helpful and it was relatively hassle free. Good price too. I also boarded my loft with stuff from here Other than that it's a DIY store.

Had some help from a really friendly guy in the sheet wood section. I had 20 lengths of timber and 6 sheets of MDF. He helped me pick out and load the sheets then came to the checkout and help me load onto my car. Excellent service and really friendly fella.

Good store in Cambridge, it is my 'go to' DIY store in the City. Next to 'Cambridge (Newmarket Road) Retail Park'. Venture into 'Bus Lane' at your peril when peeling off Road at traffic lights - 'cameras' do see you! Good 'burger van' in car park. Trade counter. Van hire possibility. Click n Collect process works well and fast. Good for DIY projects, other shops sell the 'finished thing', but B&Q sells the bits to 'make the thing', so much more rewarding!

Spend half my life in here. Love DIY and love tools even more. The staff are very helpful and if they don't have it they will help you find it.
