They have quite a lot of items that are for display only and not for sale. I was interested in a crystal in a cabinet display and when I asked the lady working there about the item she told me it's her crystal and it's there only to attract people to view into the cabinet.I also bought a few cutlery items and the young lady behind the till didn't know how much to charge me for them and needed help from the lady that puts her personal items for display in the shop.I left the shop very disappointed. What's the point of going to a shop if you can't buy the items you want??? And why the employees are allowed to put their personal item for display in the shop???

Simply appauling on every single level. Barnardos should be very ashamed. First hand experience of working there. Bullying , unsafe unethical practise. As much as we need a charity shop in this area I hope this one closes down . written to Mp , local authority HSE, Charity commissioner etc etc. Please also be aware a customer was recently described by Barnardos staff with obscenities that wouldn't get printed if I left . But let's just say the word use to be used to name children born out of wedlock!. Barnardos are aware of all of above.

A nice little charity shop with friendly staff. They have a great selection of children?s clothes, there aren?t as many adult clothes but I?ve gotten some nice things for myself there!

This is an amazing little shop full of hidden gems! There are many things from clothes, shoes, games, books, Cds, art, toys, decorative pieces and plenty more available that a family needs (adults to babies) at a very reasonable price especially given the excellent quality. Always friendly staff members. There's no reason to leave nasty comments regarding a local business to defame it. One should appreciate that it is not a dumpyard to leave your unwanted clothes or items but is rather about quality and safety and then later blame the staff. Would be advisable to call the store beforehand as it takes only couple of minutes in case you have things to donate as space is limited. Definitely worth every penny especially with ongoing discounts that too amid pandemic! Highly recommended to ALL!

Great little charity shop, we walk there, but there is ample free parking right outside if you're driving. We have picked up some nice children's toys in there.

If you are dropping off stuff, donâ??t bother. I have taken the effort of walking there 4 times to drop off things in very good condition and every single time they turned me down saying they didnâ??t have space. Try another charity instead.

Over-inflated prices for a relatively poor part of Cambridge.....& very tatty clothing and bric-a-brac. I noticed recently they were offering 50% off bric-a-brac.....trouble is that theyd re-priced everything at double the price it had been the previous week....SWIZZ!!!!
