Outstanding service from Saira the store manager. Purchased a hip hop bed and furniture. Also ended up on the Sorrento which was a dream. Definitely be back for more in the future. Highly recommended.

I ordered a mattress, and paid extra for express delivery, have to wait about 20 days. But the day before due date, they informed me the mattress is broken!!! We have to wait another 2-4weeks!!!! What’s worse, I want to cancel my order, called customer support, telling me go to store to refund. But saleswoman told me they need to charge 20% of the sale price!!!

Decent selection of beds and everything looked alright when I walked in, but I quickly realized that they have very little interest in making the situation pain-free, they just want to make a quick sale. I felt rushed through the whole process, and though I made it clear I wanted a bed immediately, I was only told after I swiped my card that pillows, linens, sheets, etc that I had picked out wouldnt be delivered until a week later. When I then asked for a return, I was told that that is impossible. I then read the contract, which stated I was eligible for a cancellation up to 24 hours after purchase. When I brought that up to the salesperson, she scoffed and was visibly annoyed that she might have to complete a return, and then went on to try to sell me alternative things that they do have in stock to keep my from buying the same duvets and linens next door with no delivery time required. Ultimately my bed frame was delivered with a huge crack in it, so now I have to go through customer services to get it replaced. I will edit this review if that process is any less distasteful.

Had to wait over a month for my mattress and bedframe. Repeatedly and clearly asked the store if the delivery included putting everything together in the actual bedroom and the sales associate repeatedly stated that was the case. Morning of they show up throw everything in our front hallway and disappear out the front door. Then had the audacity to call my wife a liar when she called in to complain.
