I had to return an item that I purchased as a gift. Unfortunately - the person got an allergic reaction....two staff members helped me arranged a return. Really good service.

Extraordinarily rude and slow service (the pharmacy, that is). I can only echo other reviews here that the management seriously needs to improve the way they interact with customers.

I encountered the most rude and incompetent member of staff on one of the high end beauty counters. Unhelpful and refused to take any responsibility for my complaint. I requested to speak to the store manager only to be told they couldn't be located. A thoroughly dreadful experience and terrible customer service

Dreadful service. I asked a pharmacist about lateral flow tests and he directed me to the Medicines counter, where I queued for 15 minutes, only to be told they had run out! When I told the pharmacist, so that he could warn other customers, he brushed me off with a curt, \\\"That's not my problem\\\". Walked 2 minutes to Superdrug, Sidney Street and (a) there was NO queue, (b) they HAD lateral flow tests and (c) they were friendly and helpful. That's the last time I go to that Boots!

Shop is dirty, there?s dust about an inch thick on the shelves. I dropped my purse on the floor and it was FILTHY when I picked it up. staff are rude. Staff just standing around chatting.

Bad management. Horrible customer service. Woman didn't have a clue of their returns policy. Went to exchange make up and Pritti was quite rude. If boots has a makeup exchange promise policy and boots says you can exchange used makeup because you aren't doing testers. Why are you telling me that I can't and that I'm exchanging too many times? No where does it state there's a limit, and it's not my fault you're not doing testers. Like I need the right colour. And the girl that gave me 'advice' gave me a shade 6 times darker than I was, I looked so orange! Honestly, go somewhere else for better customer service. I did and got my exchange plain and simple. No questions asked and always told me I can exchange again if I need to.

It's the main pharmacy store in town. Like many shops in Cambridge, it has a very large and rich selection for a city of it's size. Self checkout machines and both pharmacy and photo services are available. It's more central and had a better selection than Superdrugs, but it's also more expensive

I went to the pharmacy gave my prescription for medicine valued at perhaps £40 they asked me to come back a week later. I returned to pick up the medicine where I was told quite rudely and aggressively that they never had the prescription and I was trying to scam them out of getting the medicine. Suffice to say I informed me gp and got my medicine from Tesco no issues. Two weeks after this Boots called me and asked why I dusnt pick my medicine up, that it's people like me that cost Boots money by not collecting the medicine. I was not happy and asked for the store manager to call me, he never did even though I left 4 messages for him to contact me. Ok Boots well I will never shop with you again, accusing me with no evidence of effectively committing fraud is disgusting and truly a injustice to say the least. Bye Boots, the market for retail is tough and customer service is what makes or breaks a company in my experience.

Staff in pharmacy are quite rude, never have the right things despite having hours and days to get the prescription. Seem to think they know better than the doctor who has given the prescription in the first place and know what would be better for you.9 times out of 10 do no have the right things in stock. Tried Superdrug round the corner who got the correct item straight away and was shocked it wasn?t in stock in Boots as quite a simple, regular thing.Won?t be returning, Superdrug a million times better and way more efficient!

DO NOT USE THE BOOTS COVID TESTING SERVICE. Both mine and my partner's rapid antigen results were screwed up by this store. I just wasted 4 hours of my life and £60 and now I have to book another test with a different company.

Thank you to Mr Rogers, who was friendly and extremely helpful to me during my visit on Tuesday 13th April. Customer service of such quality is exactly what will persuade me into the shop next time rather than shopping online.
