“Incredibly knowledgeable staff who were very willing to share their expertise with me and help me choose a pair of walking boots. They got me on a measuring machine that was able to provide a very accurate sizing of my feet and arch profile, from which they were able to recommend several pairs of boots that would be a good match (and all were). They ordered in a pair I liked in a size they didn't have, with no obligation to purchase, allowing me to test them out first. They seemed un-phased when I mentioned that I didn't like the colour they stocked in-store, pointing me to the website (many shops would have pushed for the in-store sale). I had confidence that every product they had for sale was of good quality, allowing me to then just focus on their relative differences. Will definitely return.”

“I was in the shop with my daughter and was served by a young lady called suesy. My daughter suffers with anxiety attacks and unfortunately had one as the shop was busy and she also had a gift card that was taking a while to go through. My daughter was overwhelmed, struggling to breath and was in tears. This young check out girl was so understanding and made it as easy as she could for her. Sometimes it’s nice to know your actions were appreciated and I hope some how this message will be seen by her management team and tell her how much her kindness made a very difficult situation a little more easier for her. “Out of all the charity shops in Cambridge I would say this is the best for clothes. I walked in not expecting to find much but what I found was Hugo boss jackets for £40 and superdry coats, both of which looked like they'd never been worn. Great shop extremely cheap and clothes look almost new.”
