Over the last 2 years I've noticed that they've taken off the shelves many of the cheaper options: icecream and yoghurt are two that come to mind. Exorbitant, impersonal. Used to shop here a fair bit, will now only use if wheelchair bound or all other supermarkets cease to exist. Thankfully we have an Aldi nearby

The staff are so rude. Today I was behind a young lady and her daughter and I could over hear how the cashier was talking to them asking an 11 year old for Identification because the mum was buying wine ?. Then accused the mum of stealing the child of the street. I mean come on what is happening to the world everyone has gone nuts.

This is my local shop, every time I cos it there is never any one on the tills or self service to assist you. And no way of alerting their attention..So frustrating!

Normally I do not write any comments about places but I am quite unhappy having a co-op next door that takes 30 seconds to get there and 7/8 minutes BEFORE closing time STATED at 10 pm and a member of staff already at the door not letting nobody in, (door close) me and 3 other guys. I don't know about the other people, but I just wanted 2 chocolate bars...but I couldn't go in and get it...It's unprofessional and staff as 30 minutes more on their shifts paid after closing times...I work at retail and I know we are not allowed to close earlier than the time. And I really take consideration to get out of places of their closing time.?????????????

Ordered from them a month ago and after waiting an hour past my delivery slot, called up to find out somebody in the store had somehow cancelled my order instead as mark as picked. The store told me they would send the food again in 30 mins - an hour later, no delivery. I called up the central CS and they said the food would be delivered that night; no food was delivered until I called again the following morning.Gave them another chance today. Delivered half my shopping and somebody else's shopping (the packer in the shop put both my name and another customers name on the bag). I called up the store to be told there was a mistake and I should call back in 15 mins - called up, no answer. Called up again, another woman said it was sorted and my food was on its way. Waited an hour and a half, no delivery. Called up Central CS who then called the store and the store denied all knowledge and said they had no missing food reports. Central CS ended up refunding me.Never have I had so much stress over 3 boxes of chicken dippers.

Love it! Always great service.I particularly like their Spaiced Caramel Ice Cream, if you ever wanted to try a Yankee candle and were afraid of getting poisoning this ice cream is great. Tastes just like an Yankee candle! 5 stars.
