I visited costa coffee motorway services at K5, Grand Arcade, Cambridge CB2 3HW, ordered 3 takeaway coffees, paid and scanned my Costa loyalty app. Returned to car, continued journey to then find out I had been overcharged ( looks like 4 drinks) but also not credited for anything on loyalty app?. So angry!!!!

I can?t comment on the coffee because the girl serving refused to serve me with coffee or the lady in front with a bottle of water. Really curt with no apology and several minutes before the advertised closing time. Needs retraining

As far as I know (and what Google says) this costa was 24hrs. In need of coffee while up a&e with my son and they are shut! Previously service wasn't great either.

Disgusting and filthy highchairs. Not sure they have ever been cleaned. Would love to see what would come back off a culture taken from them, unfortunately I suspect it would be enough to make a healthy person severely ill, let alone if you put a small baby in who has yet to fully develop an immune system. Just grim, I fed my daughter in her buggy, when you see the pictures below you'll see why. Yes, those straps and clips were white once, WHITE.....

Over staffed and yet still a queue of 20 people. If you have 2 coffee machines use them! If you have 2 cash tills use them! I cannot imagine staff have 20 minutes to queue for coffee nor quite frankly did I !!! The coffee business is worth billions and I imagine Costa takes at least 6 figures in revenue. No-one I repeat no-one is affected by the pandemic. You are either vaccinated or you are not. Minimum wage in this country is not to be sniffed at. Get staff who can do the job. I blame Addenbrookes for extending the Costa lease and not getting a better company in. Obviously Costa is in someone?s back pocket.

I visited you're Costa today 11/9/21 about 1 hour ago and the manager of the store was very rude and abrupt,Gentleman in front of us whose 13yr old daughter was fighting for her life in Addenbrookes was spoken to like a piece of dirt. No compassion at all. As was my sister in law and myself spoken to like that DISGUSTING AND NEEDS TO BE ADDRESSED. HOSPITAL IS A PLACE FOR COMPASSION AND HELP AND UNDERSTANDING

The slowest and worst service ever. Staff moseying about while the queue gets longer, several staff members had to give up to due to ridiculous wait time. Management need to train and organise staff better.

It now serves Costa coffee and goes by the name of Demimarche(?). The opening time is listed as from 8:00 am to 3:00 pm.

Not the welcome you need in hospital. I didn?t realise that asking for a coffee was so unreasonable. And don?t dare ask any questions....... the problem is there is nowhere else to go so ?entrapment?

I?m an inpatient at Addenbrookes. Have been here 4 months and finally made enough progress to start going to Costa at the beginning of March. Really disappointed with the service and lack of care and professionalism. Why don?t staff listen and respond appropriately to customer requests? I always have a medium skinny latte and stress ?extra hot?. I?ve wasted so much money as I?m always given something tepid. Staff are so lazy and can?t be bothered providing customer with a proper service. They are ignorant, rude and offhand. Today was the last straw. Because I kept saying to the staff member ?listen? when I was placing my order (as usual he got the gist of the order but never bothered to listen to the detail). Had to keep stopping him walking away so I could explain when I say ?extra hot?, I mean ?extra hot?. Only because I made a stand about this today is the reason I finally got something of a decent temperature. But lo and behold! I had a sip to test it as I left and it tasted of.... milk! No coffee flavour! Unbelievable! Went back and had to queue (drink going cold) The girl (there?s no way I?d refer to any of them as ?Baristas? since a true barista actually take pride in their profession) who had made it (clearly with old coffee) said it?ll be 50p. Not proud of myself for ranting at her but Costa Addenbrookes should be ashamed of themselves. I?m a patient, the food and drink on the ward is tosh so my only pleasure would be a decent coffee. Staff at this Costa are rude, unprofessional, miserable,and couldn?t care less. Fire them all! It?s a disgrace and a complete rip off. In the end I just paid the extra 50p. I must beat least £20 out of pocket from not being able to drink tepid coffee / asking for extra shot on at least 3 occasions when they served me what seemed like warm milk, not hot coffee.

Staff shout at you and when you challenge their behaviour , gets super snappy. Female staff seem to choose and favor Caucasian male customers. Shouldn't be in the business at all of servicing people. Get your staff training.
