We bought 2 large feather cushions £60 credit note ,they where supposed to have inner lineing so feathers do not come through ?, They did not put this lineing on our cushions and so feathers are constantly makeing their way onto furniture, ok dfs we've paid and got cushions, but we will NEVER shop with you again, so really it was in your interest to of made these cushions in the correct way,it was a credit that we paid with maybe that's why they made such a poor job of makeing these cushions. We use them in garden. Never shop with you again.

Great experience, Ali was helpful but not at all pushy, and having taken delivery of the ordered sofa yesterday we are extremely happy with the service we received, definitely recommend!

Large selection of furniture at competitive prices. Lots of free parking but that's the only sensible way to get their. Unless you are CB1 residents like us who cycle everywhere.

Really appualed by DFS costumer service! They were due to delivery sofas on the 1st of March 2018. Due to snow they cancelled delivery. They have failed miserably to make my oder that was cancelled, a priority for delivering. I rang them up twice regarding order and everytime it was a different story. Last phone call they said sofas was due in shop the next day. I requested a delivery for Friday, day after sofas arrived in shop, lady said she will make a note about my request. She was also informed of the fact that we now have been waiting and been without sofas fo 14 days. And still they don’t prioritise our delivery!!! They went and scheduled delivery for the Saturday.
Will not be buying from DFS again.

Helpful even at closing time on a Sunday
