Glad we booked an appointment it was very busy. Ronan had great customer service skills, he rang before the appointment pre -ordered the jewellery into the store. Service was faultless, great guy. ? Very pleased with our purchase .

Pretty awful service once you've placed an order, no updates, don't answer the phone (must have phoned 50+ times with no answer) - all in all not very impressed when spending a large amount of money.

The quality of service from Ronan has been second to none. I bought a Bremont Martin Baker and cannot praise attention to detail on customer service enough. Ronan is also very intuitive, picking a watch design that would suit my taste and style best before I had even noticed it in the Bremont selection. Within a couple of minutes I had selected the best one for me. Having sat down in other high end watch retailers in Cambridge, including Mappin and Webb, I would suggest to visit Ronan at Ernest Jones first.

Good jewelry with ok prices. But like every other jewellery store treated as if I wasn't there when asking for support. Go in wearing a suit and they may consider talking to you.

Me and my Fiancée have had a fantastic experience with Charlie and the team at this store. I brought my fiancée a engagement ring in October and this month one if the diamonds came out. As it had 12 months warranty we went to the store and they said they would get it fixed free of charge. We left it there and they stayed in contact with updates frequently and told us it would be back at an estimated date of 6 weeks. Today we collected the ring and it had only been 12 days. The staff done everything imaginable to sort this issue. Lovely staff all of them. A pleasure to do business with. Thank you,Harry and Lauren

Lots of very nice looking jewelry but very poor service. I waited for a while to be served before leaving due to no one being available to assist me. Lost sale and very unlikely to visit again.

Got a Longines watch for Xmas. Strap needed adjusting so went into Ernest Jones. 2 assistants busy with customers. Manager walks out says someone will be with us shortly and proceeds to Starbucks for a coffee!! Is the shop doing so well it can turn away customers on a cold Monday in January!!!!! Needless to say left and went to H Samuel who whilst not a Longines stockist were very happy to serve us , were not too busy getting themselves coffee and and sorted me out in 5 mins!

I bought a wedding band in February 2020 for £600 from Ernest Jones Grafton centre in Cambridge. Soon after, the store shut down due to COVID restrictions and I was informed that instead I would be able to collect the ring from the Ernest Jones Lion Yard branch once it reopened.Unfortunately, I couldn?t pick up the ring from the store after lockdown restrictions eased last summer as I was self-isolating in London and then had to travel to Canada for five months. However, I informed and reminded Ernest Jones of my situation on several occasions and was constantly reassured that the ring was safe and I could collect it in the new year.Upon my return to the UK about two months ago, I called the store about 50-60 times (no exaggeration) to arrange the collection but was unable to get through to anyone. Then about a month ago, a member of staff, Richard, finally answered and to my horror told me that the ring was missing! I was informed that somebody would call me back with more information, but nothing. I then tried to call the store a few times for an update and surprise, surprise- no answer!At this point I decided to call up Ernest Jones customer services who finally arranged for the Lion Yard store manager, Katie, to call me. Positively, she informed me that I should be entitled to a full refund as it was a mistake on their behalf. However, about 10 minutes later, shockingly I received another call from her to say that my ex-partner, who I am no longer on speaking terms with, had just tried to return the ring, meaning it had been in his possession the entire time!So not only did Ernest Jones give away my property to an unauthorised person with no proof of purchase, but they also failed to even record the handover on their system. Katie said she would call me back after investigating how this farce happened, but of course there has been radio silence on their end and no answer when I have tried to call.This is the worst service I have ever encountered, unprofessional, unorganised and full of empty promises. Not only have I lost a lot of money, I have also lost countless hours and this whole episode has placed a significant strain on my mental health during what has already been a very stressful period of my life. Do not shop here - avoid this place like Covid-19!

Go to the grand arcade shop as the manager at lion yard is incredibly dismissive and frankly quite rude. Plus the whole shop needs a reramp, unpleasant visit.

I purchased a Micheal Korrs smart watch , end of Nov and by first week of January the bracelet has come apart 6/8 times , i took the watch back to GRAFTON CENTER where I bought it to be told that there's nothing wrong with it so I was offered to buy insurance to be told by supervisor that I can't have it as I bought the watch over 30 days , so left store very disappointed with staff and their attitude.
After calming down when I got home, I called the Grand Arcade store who listened to my complaint, and were very helpful, suggesting to bring the watch to the shop and they would have a look.
It turned out that my watch had a design fault. The Grand Arcade store , were brilliant, couldn't do enough for me.
So anybody wanting excellent service from Ernest Jones visit the Grand Arcade store they are a fantastic team of staff 100% happy .

Extortionate prices. Wanted £20 to swap a leather strap from one to another watch. The strap was my own, the quote was just for the 1 minute work.
