Asked for a quote and it was 50% more expensive than other branches. Well actually more than 50 %. So if you want better prices and better service do not shop here. Went to their shop to buy something and left with the wrong item. I am not in the trade and needed their support and advice, but they didn?t want to listen. A bit of advice, take a bit of time to hear your customers needs. No, I will not shop here again.

This store and staff are just useless, I have been trying to get a issue sorted for last 8 months, still not done and its only a piece of glass. Never no stock and attitude of staff is diabolical.

Terrible service. Sales manager is rude, arrogant, intimidating and very unhelpful. tick boxing not ethics or understanding of customer service. Even though they were given the right measurements, not only they managed to order the wrong window, but top it up as I signed their paperwork without thinking, they washed their hands off and saying it is not their problem or responsibility to the fact that they made a mistake to start with. They are saying I made a mistake so wont even take partial responsibility. Shop floor staff was very good but he is left on his own to cope with a high demand branch. he was on his own, stressed and rushed off his feet. so not surprising he ordered the wrong window.so now I have a window I dont need. I was asked to pay cash to get a discount which means I lost the money. Their website indicated 5-7days delivery and took them a month to deliver. So had to delay the contractors and now jobs are not going to get done till after the new year.And I still dont have a window! I kept calling the branch and the head office and all I get is that they will look into it and call me back.Complete cowboys! Next will be trading standards. Eurocell need to take part responsibility for how they are operating. I hate when people think they can treat people like this. I was looking for a quick solution.They could easily take the window back and order a new one for me. Even though I would have lost some money on it, I would have been happy. As I needed a smaller window. Paid £208 for a single window. Not really cheap either. Dont trust what they say and check the paperwork very carefully if you are using them. Such a con.It is such a shame as a big company like that treat individuals like this.I wont be using them again.I wont even give them one star but it wouldnt let me post this otherwise.not good
