Looks a bit grotty, games overpriced and I had a couple of questions which were treated with total contempt by a member of staff who appeared irked at my interrupting his labelling of cases. I won't return.

Bought a Nintendo Switch in this shop. When I opened it, the left joycon didnâ??t work so I went back there the next morning and explained the situation. I wanted to obviously exchange it for a new one/new joycon, but they said no, thatâ??s not the policy and you have to deal with Nintendo directly. I couldnâ??t believe it, just bought something from their shop for over 350£ and they didnâ??t want to help me. Same day I went to the shop in the city center, where they checked the Switch and confirmed it wasnâ??t working. Less than a minute later I had a new one in my bag. Really happy and relieved as this is the minimum youâ??d expect when you buy something faulty. Careful when buying in this shop, you may end up with non exchangeable faulty items.

I went there looking for something, I was just snooping around. The shop had a few customer and the workers were very busy. They were polite and did what they could to help me but when an item caught my attention and I asked if they had a physical copy of it or if they had in other colour they had to reply with "no". Makes me wonder if we should try first online...

Absolutely brilliant staff; every member. I can honestly say I can buy with confidence here and receive outstanding service. The manager deals with concerns in a very timely manner and leaves you satisfied with the outcome of any concerns. It doesn't matter which member of staff you see, they are all really helpful. I've seen the way they help parents and grandparents pick gifts for their kids/grand kids and they ask questions to determine which console/game would best suit the kid. I've bought from them many a times and intend to continue doing so. Keep up the good job.
