Paid £1045 for a table and chairs.....sales guys were terrific, faultless. However the 2 delivery goons were totally incompetent... calling my wife dude whilst muttering and huffing and puffing because they had to park 75 yards away. I paid £30 for assembly. Bit wasn't ready as I was still painting. The delivery guys had opened one of the boxes. When i told him i would self assembe. He told me to contact customer services to seek a refumd. Unbeknown to me the dirty git took a photo of the partly unwrapped 1x box. So when I called customer services to get my £30 refund they simply hit me with "they took photos of.an unwrapped box" for which is.classed as assembly. The customer service rep stood.by this adamantly.....well we will see when I serve you with a legal notice through a small claims court. You have no lawful right tokeep my money for a service I did not require. There is no law or conditions within the delivery contract that states you have a right to my money. I will seek redress for the equity and losses hereon. Secondly I will never buy another product from this charlatan business.
AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE.

Ordered a dining table in January... We were told it would arrive in March. They cancelled the delivery THE DAY BEFORE (late afternoon) it was due claiming it was damaged. Said it would be May instead so to avoid hassle we said ok.
We have received a call again today to say it wont arrive until JULY! Thats 7 months to get a dining table! What the hell Harveys?! In this time I could have taken a woodworking course, bought the materials and made my own (and it would probably have cost less)! DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!!!!!!! Go elsewhere, in fact go anywhere else as Harveys will take your money and never deliver the goods! Totally and utterly incompetent.

4 months on, still no sofa. Complain in store they say ring customer services, customer service say complain in store. They want to charge me to cancel order. Then they cock up payment and I have to go and sort that out again. No apologies no one will take any notice of my complaint. Complete incompetence. They make fake promises to get a sale and fall short of delivering them

We bought kids furniture and a king size divan bed from this shop 4 years ago. Pleased to say that the manager of this shop took some extra efforts to help us select the right product and also offered great managers discount on our purchase to beat online offer prices. Overall very happy with the quality of the products and the shopping experience.
