“Greeted pleasantly as I entered the store by the make up/security staff. I was asked if I needed any help as I was browsing. I couldn't find what I was looking for so approached the same staff member who helped search for the product and even checked the drawers. Unfortunately the colour I wanted was unavailable however the staff member was very helpful and provided good customer service throughout my time in store.Later I popped over to the store on Sidney street and wasn't even greeted at all!
