I'm in the bank now and want to kill myself. Been here over 2 hours so far just to open a child account which can't be done online. The staff are very nice but my god this bank's processes are so slow and awful. After just a few months of being with HSBC I have already had more problems than with any other bank I have dealt with in my life.Last but not least, I was just on the phone with them after receiving a text, asking to call them to resolve another problem.
