Reasonable price for the quality of suits and work. I didn't like the shoe prices.\\n\\nV polite and reasonable staff on both visits (not pushy, common sense). Accomodating when I needed to ask quite a few questions regarding suit fit, cut/tailoring, custom suits, materials etc. Attention to detail and remembered my discussions on phone etc. I came quite early in the morning/late in the day so better ratio of staff to customers.\\n\\nQuite surprised at the bad reviews describing horrible staff.

The lovely Sean and Mary helped a very frazzled me so much yesterday- on returning my sons hired suit I took the wrong shoes with me they arranged for me to take them back to another store the next day. They were lovely, happy and incredibly helpful! The service I received was fantastic! Thank you guys

Having been into the St John?s Street branch of Moss earlier in the day, and having walked out due to how poor the service was. I decided to try the other branch of Moss, which I?m glad that I did. I was served by Luke on a fairly busy Saturday. He had quickly helped with sizing of what I was after, made suggestions and when I didn?t know or understand what he was referring to, had efficiently explained what I needed to know. He was concise with his opinion on fit, having taken one look at a pair of trousers and said they where too short, he promptly got another pair of trousers but in a longer leg length, I tried them on and they where spot on. My partner agreed there're a better fit as well. I had originally tried a white shirt on with a dark jacket. My partner suggested a black shirt, Luke agreed this would look better, he grabbed a black shirt for me to try, they were right. Standing in front of them he said that?s much better. His confidence of what did and didn't suit me, his suggestions and knowledge are what sold me the £388 suit I walked out very happy with. The concise no nonsense approach, was absolutely spot on, which was ideal for someone who has no real knowledge of purchasing a suit.

Harun served my husband at the store yesterday afternoon. The service he gave was second to none and he was really knowledgeable. Nothing was too much trouble and my husband came away with an amazing 3 piece suit for let?s say a larger man.Thank you.

This is both a review of the shop and the online hire service. The online service is appalling. I attempted to hire a set of suits for my wedding through the group hire function, it managed to do the following:- Delete part of the order- Change the price- Delete people's accountsThe customer service also managed to:- Send personal details to people who should not have received them- Waste a large amount of my time, by cancelling service calls after I had waited.I can't state clearly how much I would recommend avoiding using this service until it has been completely rebuilt.The shop:First experience: Came in for a fitting alone, I had booked and suggested a suit I wanted to try. The manager was rude and too busy to give me the time of day, there was no attempt to find anything that remotely fit, with him just continually trying to tell me not to care about it. It's difficult to gauge how much you like a suit when it's 3 times your normal size.Second experience: Came in to fix the online order and get suits fitted. New manager this time, also rude and not having time.Finally had a good experience, the woman working there took the time to step by step fix the issues with the online order and get myself and others fitted, her and her other colleague (not the manager) were the reason that the store got any stars in this review at all.Positive notes, the suits were available to pick up when stated and drop off worked well. The suit itself was very nice and fit well.Overall what should have been a straightforward process to hire a set of suits became one of the most stressful parts of my wedding. As much as I liked the suit, I will not be buying / renting anything from Moss Bros. again after such a bad experience.

I don?t write many reviews, but probably the worst customer service I?ve ever had - the salesperson was dismissive and made me feel like every question I asked was a hassle for him.

Shocking and incompetent service. Wrong suits provided and no one at the store cared in the slightest. Incredibly rude on the phone when you could actually get hd of them ... But it did take over 3 hours of calling to get them to bother to answer. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.

Paid £200 to hire a suit for a wedding, only for myself to check my online order status 4 days before the wedding, to find they?ve cancelled my order and kept my funds. No emails regarding why, a refund being processed or any alternative solutions. Ruined it for me

Came here with my fiancé to have a look at suits for our wedding. Picked out two lovely ones (both 3 piece and both well over £300). The salesman was so rude I couldn?t believe it - tried to give my fiancé a blue shirt and when we asked for a white one, he huffed and said ?we have to throw away white shirts after they?ve been tried on? whilst practically chucking it at him. I?m sorry but when you are potentially spending £379 on a suit to wear as the groom at your own wedding is it too much to ask to try on with a white shirt?! Whilst I was waiting he then proceeded to talk very loudly about another customer to his colleague slagging him off and saying he knew best as the customer wanted to try slim fit and then didn?t like it- I found this totally unprofessional. It?s a shame as we really loved the suit/s and with some decent customer service we might actually have purchased one on the day. A really disappointing experience.

Wouldn't use again 3 out of 7 suits didn't fit after being measured, good job we checked them and got them replaced, one staff member super rude. I have and will continue to warn people against using this store .
