There wasnt many people inside but we had been waiting for around half am hour hour still no sign of when the food is coming. I've also just heard the table behind us saying that one of there meals didn't come so they have to wait another 5 to 10 minutes.

We have been to Nando?s numerous times, but we have never encountered such a bad service. The waitress didn?t know what she was doing on her shift. She forgot what we had ordered and on top of that.. she gave us something else which we didn?t order after waiting 25mins. Improve your service! We are not going to this Nando?s again!

Food was the same at any other Nandos, but the staff didn't bother cleaning tables and I picked up 6 knives before I found one without food

On a recent Friday evening, I had a regrettable experience at Nando's, specifically the Cambridge Leisure Park store. I had decided to place a takeaway order, but what transpired during my visit left me deeply disappointed and frustrated.I arrived at the Cambridge Leisure Park Nando's location and placed a takeaway order. The estimated wait time was stated to be up to 20 minutes.I returned to the store after 25 minutes and patiently waited near the tills, understanding that it might be busy due to the Friday rush.Unfortunately, the wait staff seemed overwhelmed and busy. While waiting for my order, I approached the person who had taken my order for an update on its status.The staff member responded in a rude manner, displaying disrespectful body language. He curtly stated that he didn't know how long it would take and conveyed his irritation.Feeling taken aback by the rudeness of the staff member, I chose to exit the store, as I did not appreciate the unprofessional treatment. Outside the store, I discussed my experience with a friend who was waiting for me. To my astonishment, the staff member who had been disrespectful to me noticed us and came out.He made an unnecessary and confrontational comment, insinuating that I was a threat and even threatened to involve the manager with the intent to have us removed from the premises.My visit to Nando's Cambridge Leisure Park was marred by the discourteous and unprofessional behaviour of an unidentified staff member. This unpleasant encounter left me deeply dissatisfied and disappointed with the level of customer service at this particular location.I strongly urge potential patrons to consider their options before visiting this Nando's outlet, as my experience suggests that there may be concerns regarding the behaviour and professionalism of some employees. It is essential for businesses to ensure that their staff members uphold a respectful and courteous attitude towards customers, even during busy periods, to maintain the reputation and quality of service expected from establishments like Nando's.

The inside of the restaurant had a terrible small like unclean cutlery and there was a lot of food and grime in the floor so decided to sit outside. There was a lot of litter outside. I then asked for some vinegar and was given a bottle that when looking at it closer had flies inside the bottle and slime. It was given back to the waiter and I advised that they get rid of the bottle as it was disgusting. I will never go to this venue again. The we waiting staff were fine but the grimyness of the restaurant, the smell inside and the disgusting contents of the vinegar bottle should be sorted out asap or environmental health should be called to investigate.

I have been to this Nando's a good few times over the past 12 months. Its convenient when doing other activities at Cambridge Lesuire and I am consistently disappointed. The other Nandos restaurants in Cambridge are far better. I just can't understand how this particular restaurant is so below par compared with others I visit. The food is fine but the staff are inattentive. They spend more time chatting to each other or avoiding eye contact. I use the app to order, which Nandos prefer you to do now, so there is even less interaction required and they still fall short. They even stand around at the entrance and then move for you to exit without even an attempt to open the door They were blocking. More training needed. The staff are all polite enough but not proactive at all. The past two times I've been with my children I've cleared our plates and piled them up as no one comes to check on us. I have to go up the the counter to ask for the children's desserts as no one comes anywhere near the table. And PLEASE please please clean the class screens between the tables. They are so filthy it's concrrning and if I worked there I would find it embarrassing.

The food and the background are nice, but using and app to pay without any contact with the staff is not what I look for when I go to eat somewhere.It is not difficult to order, but the experience is artificial.By the way, I wonder how old people manage to order. I guess they may get help to do so.
