The food and atmosphere were great but the service was really bad. After we've ordered, we had to wait for almost an hour before the food was served. Same thing happened the last time we were here. And when the food finally arrived it was wrong from what we've ordered, so we had to wait again. No apologies were given.Half of what's on the menu was not available. Cutleries were not available and had to wait again. It wasn't the experience that we've expected.

Was left queueing for ages despite lots of tables available. Main person at the door kept leaving to clear plates from people sitting at tables, and lots of food under the heat lamp. I get that they probably did this to not overwhelm the kitchen but it felt like they were short staffed for how busy it was in early

Food took over 30 mins to arrive (had to ask) and one meal was COLD when it arrived. Partner said it was cause our food had been waiting 15 mins to be served.

Not up to the usual Nando service. Waited over 40 minutes for chicken livers and when I complained about the wait, the manager on duty was disinterested! One of the waiting staff was the only person who apologised for the delay and the rudeness of the manager.

Food is great but the service has gone downhill at this restaurant lately. Arrived for a meal in the middle afternoon on a Sunday, restaurant was maybe 2/3 full but food was taking upwards of 40 minutes after ordering to be served which is something that I had never experienced at Nando's before (also note that I wasn't made aware of this delay by the door greeter or by the person who took my order). The problem seems to be that this restaurant takes a lot of orders from food delivery apps, which get priority over dine in restaurants and they haven't scaled up to meet demand. Apart from the delay I can't fault the service, but for me the amount of time you wait for food is a big part of the service and the dine-in experience, hence two stars. I really needed to leave before my food arrived as I had other appointments and at that point the staff was very responsive and polite and gave me a refund on the food.

Terrible attitude from the manager. Very unhelpful! Failed to meet the needs of a gluten-free toddler. Eating there resulted in an emergency visit to the hospital! Such a shame as all the other nandos in Cambridgeshire are always so wonderful and sensitive to customer needs. Definitely won't be going back.

Normally I don't review. Yesterday on my kid's birthday we visited Nandos beehive center. We ordered 10 chicken wings (extra hot) and wings roulette. We were not served for almost 40mins. When I enquired, they served in next 5mins with cold wings with no extra hot sauce (but with an extra hot label). I felt that the meat was cooked long back after eating one. When I asked why this happened, they served with a fresh 10 chicken wings. But I didn't get an answer why they had served cold ones at first place. I didn't wanted to create a drama on my kid's birthday. Nandos is our favorite restaurant. We never faced such an issue with it before. Hope this will not happen again.

Good atmosphere and the food was great, the kids loved it! Not as expensive as I expected, we'll be visiting again.Must visit if your a fan of spicy grilled chicken.

Nando?s was very busy this evening - even at 5:30pm! However, every team member was working hard to provide a great experience with a smile. Saskia and Fabio were exceptionally helpful when I discovered that I?d submitted my order twice.My friend in NYC recommended this place, and the Team at this location did not disappoint. Thank you all for handling a stressful evening with kindness and incredibly fast service!I?ll be back soon!

We did a take away order today. Yet again chicken fino pitta was left out of my order. I wasted £13 on this (as we did not get it). This is not the first time this has a happened. My family were vey upset and the person who missed out on their chicken pita had to eat elsewhere, spending more money. I feel embarrassed and ripped off. Please supervise your servers better ??? waste of time and money

Just had my birthday dinner with partner and close friends.Service was quick with the orders, and the staff were friendly and helpful.Food was great but i could be biased as i have a soft spot for nandos and peri-peri.

The staff always looks after us very well. Kids and babies are welcome and the staff is always smiling at them, even when they get a little bit boisterous or loud. It's nice to feel that the whole family is welcome and the parents can sit and relax.

Food is as you'd expect at Nandos, but the service here wasn't good on a quiet Monday night. "Forgot" meals for 2 of our party, so waited almost an hour for meals to be served, were charged for items we didn't receive or order, and received (and were charged) for items we didn't order. Queried with staff - no apologies or explanations offered. Very brusk attitude from staff who didn't care.

Not usually a fan of big chains but the guy on front of house was excellent, entertaining and efficient. Food was quick and the best Nando's I've had. Would recommend for a quick and cost effective meal out.
