Anton was extremely helpful and assisted me very well. However, when I had a query about an order the blonde woman who I believe was management, spoke to me absolutely disgustingly. She is dismissive and out right rude, I also observed her speaking to other customers in the same manner while I was in the store. This woman needs to loose her job she was absolutely awful I have never been treated so badly as a paying customer in my life

We went to the shop having spent considerable time online trying to sort out phone data problems following our transfer from Virgin. Sean was very helpful and managed to track down the system issue causing our problems. It was so good being able to talk to a person and not a machine! We will definitely go back if we have another problem.

The opening times listed are incorrect. The O2 website and the poster on the store's door say open til 5:30pm. They were closed by 4:50pm on black Friday which is insanity although the times are listed correctly on the grand arcade website - which is not where people would first check

Anton Smith sat down with me for over an hour today helping sort out a carrier switch, physical relocation, broadband coordination, and banking glitch. Despite the complexities of the situation, Anton was patient, engaged, upbeat, and all-around helpful. We finally figured out a viable solution that met my requirements. Anton then took time to write instructions detailing next steps to ensure a smooth transition. The service was truly above and beyond that I felt compelled to leave this review and express my appreciation to Anton and the Cambridge O2 team.

Great service from Bogdan this morning. Listened to my requirements, advised on better tariffs for my use, organised a new Magic Keyboard for my iPad and a new iPhone and watch compatible with hearing aids to be fitted next week. Always a pleasure to deal with O2.

I went into the store to switch up my phone and now I'm left waiting for a new sim to arrive as the staff forgot to swap my sim to my new phone. Expected me to travel back to the store to collect my sim which is an hours journey for me. Not very professional. Got a nice new phone which is useless until my replacement sim arrives. Not happy.

This particular branch of O2 has the some of the fastest and most helpful staff. I have been here maybe 3-4 times already, and I always come out of the store with the help that I needed or the necessary things that I need to do. Thank you!

Hii I have been O2 shop in Cambridge around 4:30 I need to switch my network so they send me home they are free now two lady speak with me rudely very bad staff today date 16th January so please look business who is owener o2 because they send many people home my plan to switch my network o2 but now no because of staff they said they don?t have time and they just seating and chatting each otherVery bad

I went into the store earlier today and was advised that I would get a £100 cash back on a Samsung phone as well as employee discount. Unfortunately on getting home neither of the two offers are available. I also found out that the tariff offered was higher than options available online. The cash back offer expired on 20th December and apparently my contract is not eligible for the employee discount (somehow it dates back to 2021 and not today). I am pretty upset with this false advertising and waste of my time, especially as I had the initial impression that the sales team were genuine.
