I initially contacted them as I had a query with my prescription and was dealt with in a polite and friendly manner. Once I arrived to collect my prescription, there was a short queue, but this soon dispersed with little wait and I was able to be served efficiently by the same friendly staff member I spoke to over the phone.”

“Travel vaccinationsI stopped in without appointment to schedule multiple vaccinations as I work overseas. Fantastic service. Got most shots that day, and had to come back the next day for the one that was not in stock. The staff and pharmacist are great- very helpful and the pharmacist is extremely knowledgeable in respect to vaccinations for travel. Skip the other places where online appointments are required. This place is best!!”

“Thorough, kind helpful professional service from all staff. I had a cyst removed from my eye many years ago & the distress of the experience remained. I was fearful of the optional air blowing pressure procedure but with support, encouragement & reassurance from the Optician managed the test well. I had lots of questions about Field vision test as flashes much weaker in in Left eye, though right eye re-tested and also about prescription costs being more than frame & lenses. Explanations were given & understood. Vouchers were applied to the costs because of my circumstances for which I am grateful. I was also informed of the after care service should any tweaking of the glasses be needed & the option to purchase a second pair half price within 3 months. Await hopeful stability after 1 year retest. Appreciated thanks to all,”

“Greeted pleasantly as I entered the store by the make up/security staff. I was asked if I needed any help as I was browsing. I couldn't find what I was looking for so approached the same staff member who helped search for the product and even checked the drawers. Unfortunately the colour I wanted was unavailable however the staff member was very helpful and provided good customer service throughout my time in store.Later I popped over to the store on Sidney street and wasn't even greeted at all! What a contrast in customer service.”

“Great experience today. Our GP pharmacy didn’t send my husbands repeat prescription and they had closed before we found out. He didn’t have enough medication to last until Tuesday when the GP pharmacy reopens after Easter. This pharmacy sorted everything out for us in minutes, at 7pm, I wish we lived nearer!”

“Excellent service every time. Today I phoned to see if they had received my husbands prescription which i had only requested yesterday. Yes they had it, but it wasnt made up yet. I told them he had run out of his medication and was in pain. They sent a text to confirm the medication was ready within 30 mins. Cant praise this pharmacy enough.”

“We visited the store today and had trouble finding the dried mushrooms. A very helpful lady called Fran took us to where they were. As they were a new line Fran later found us walking around the store to tell us that they weren’t yet on the system so priced them manually. Fran went above and beyond to give us excellent service.”

We were greeted by the friendliest associates, Leanne and Natasha, who stopped their tasks to tend to us sorted. “Friendly, helpful, assertive staff. I went there during the week quite late (approx half an hour before closing) and found no customers there. A pharmacist/assistant approached me almost immediately and assisted kindly with the prescription. However, for some reason I found the waiting time a little bit extensive. Might be because the 2 medications were somewhat complicated to get sorted? Not sure... The waiting time solely for the meds was approx 15 minutes. At the end of the day not terrible. The pharmacist lead handed over the meds, apologized for keeping me there and explained everything about the meds - he did everything even without asking that I found very helpful and professional, therefore I can recommend their services.”
