Terrible service. My parcel was returned to the sender just because the post office was closing the next day. I was never informed about this. Now it's on me to try to find out where my parcel has been sent and if I can avoid having it returned to the sender. Good luck to get your parcel when it gets there..

I sent 2 parcels with parcelforce (express48) through this post office. One parcel was delivered in 3 days but one was handed to Royal Mail and Royal Mail asked me to pay my parcel although it had already been paid! On top of that, the delivery was delayed more than a week for this one parcel! What an excellent service!

Wonderful postal service from a happy, helpful and friendly owner !I am visiting from out of town and had to post a parcel. I did not have all the bits that I needed. He happily provided the perfect-sized sturdy cardboard box, cello packaging tape, scissors and a pen !!! All that I needed !!!His shop is wonderfully busy. Seems that all the locals know where to go for exceptional service for a variety of postal and monetary services.Thank you kindly, Elaine

I used to live on Mill Road, i have a side hustle and would post 20-30 things a week sometimes, i'd always come here and and they were always so lovely and helpful. Even now, living in cherry hinton, I still make the commute here because I know i can trust them!
