This post office is so much worse than either the one on Hills Road or the one in Cherry Hinton village. I took two parcels today to post, I was told one was too small to send and the other was too big - you couldn't make it up! As I left I muttered \\\"what an expletive waste of my time\\\" and the chap serving me seemed to think I had insulted him - which I hadn't. I had walked there too so more of my time was wasted. Had to walk back with the parcels and then drive to a better post office.

"The Post Office is shut for lunch".The shop is open, the staff are available, non-post office services are performed. But if you want to post a letter you must come back in 45 minutes.Seriously? This is 2022, right? The Post Office organisation must think that it's 1922.

I tried to pay in a £50 note to my bank account at this post office and was refused because the note is ?too old? according to the counter manager. I said these notes are no longer issued so they are going to be old but he was adamant he wouldn?t accept it. I then asked how old it was but he didn?t know. I then went to another post office who accepted the note without question I won?t be going back to cherry Hinton road PO anytime soon!

I use this post office regularly. The staff are always polite, friendly and efficient.

Very rude and condescending staff member. Barked the prices at me and then told me I hadn?t listened:( I thought I asked for second class signed for and he gave me standard second class. He seemed very put out that I wanted to change it????? I ended up apologising loads but I don?t think I did anything wrong.

Used this post office a few times. never had a problem. Opening is an issue but that is to be expected in a day and age when we don't have proper post offices like we used to.

Opening times are totally different then on here.09-13:00 Monday to Friday. But it also changes often and they don?t update anywhere so it is totally pot luck wether you can post anything here.

Absolutely rubbish. My local local one is closed so went to this one. Checked website on opening times as a bit of a journey. Get there and he says closed at 1. Well thanks a lot, no help to me at all. No offer of any advice, no community spirt here that's for sure, and by time I've waited for next bus, 45 mins, I won't make the main one. Seriously annoyed
