We've got the prett app and use it regularly, make some great savings on the road. We love the cheese and pickle sandwich and wish they did other sandwiches in the same bread. Don't overlook the salads, all great.

Worst flat white in Cambridge. Unfortunate because in london there is usually a 50 percent chance of a good one at pret. So many better options in Cambridge

De prijs/kwaliteit verhouding is prima voor de sandwich.Het is fijn dat je niet perse hoeft te blijven en je je belegde boterham mee kan nemen voor onderweg.Binnen eten is ook mogelijk, hiervoor betaal je extra.Service was oké.Het terras nodigt uit voor mensen die elders eten gekocht hebben en ervan willen genieten.

Generally good, staff are nice and drinks are quick. I knocked a bit off as there are very few power outlets upstairs and the wifi is extremely slow/weak. If those could be solved then it would be a five star experience!

For a chain, the food is always fresh and good. The service is ok and the restaurant is fine and functional but nothing special.

Pls just teach your staff about the Pret app already.They don't know that one can use it only to collect points, WITHOUT SUBSCRIPTION. Every time I scan the qr, they start saying my subscription is cancelled or that I can't use it for food. Well I don't need the subscription as this Pret is too far for me to go to every day, but I don't mind earning perks when I do pop in. But honestly, it's easier to never scan the app, cause every time, for over a year now, they're acting as if I'm trying to get the food for free))

The staff are very kind and friendlyI want to thank the staff for being so honest and helpful, I left my phone there and the next day they had kept it safe for me until I picked it up .Also many thanks to Natalie who helped me with my subscription app when I first joined. I am sorry to hear she is leaving she was a credit to the company.
