I had such a horrible experienceWhilst it was close to closing time, I was shut out rudely and unfairly. I only had one parcel.So disappointed in the way I was treated and will definitely not be back to this branch.

In regards to carton box not cost effective and size is high. One of the member was arranging the umbrella in the rack and during the process the leg of the umbrella was out ( broken ) later they placed it inside and kept it in the rack . This is unacceptable . People in a hurry will buy it and could be cheated
