I filled up a petrol can on the 24th of May circa 2p.m.No problems, staff were polite and professional.I then went back on the 25th of May circa 2 p.m and was refused filling up the same petrol can as the staff could not read and understand the instructions on the side of the petrol can.Very unprofessional and rude staff.I do not know their names but I should have made a note of this so I could complain to Sainsbury's management.I am so disappointed, not because I couldn't fill up the petrol can as I just went to another petrol station and filled up with no problem but because of the way I was treated by the two ladies working there. It just means that I shall go elsewhere for my petrol.

Staff are always helpful here. Cost of diesel and petrol has keen pricing. The kiosk is well stocked with hot drinks and other household items, such as milk, papers confectionary etc. Small selection of motoring items can be found here. Air and water are free. Queuing up for petrol is straight forward except when people panic buy. Panic buying causes this outlet to block the main roundabout, which causes traffic jam, so anyone trying to shop at Sainsbury's finds it difficult to enter the car park.

Been here twice now, and both times were quick stops as there are many pumps available. I love the option to pay at the pump by card.

Cheap petrol price compared with the other petrol stations around, plus free air inflator and water for cars. Note that the water pressure is quite low, not idea to wash cars, but it's free

Politely asked for change from customer services, refuses to give change... 1. Banoffee Pie supplied with metal shard in it. Might have been dangerous. Apparently further investigation is being conducted by Sainsbury's out-with Brooks Road. I almost swallowed the shard myself... No message or explanation was ever given and CERTAINLY NO INSTORE APOLOGY!! One of the staff actually said, "What do you expect me to do about it!". Another line issued was that it was not a Sainsburys product despite the fact the box was emblazoned with an orange Sainsburys label. Either this was untrue or the box was designed to be untruthful. 2. Vacuum cleaner that was so weak as to render it useless. Originally supplied with missing parts and one sheet of instructions that looked photocopied. Only a partial refund was issued but it turned out that the vacuum cleaner just did not develop enough suction to be usable in an ordinary domestic situation anyway, leaving the situation unresolved... 3. USB DVD Player that was not recognised as USB device making it useless. 4. USB Memory stick that was not recognised as USB device, rendering it unusable. 5. Failed electric kettle. Failed because the lid would not stay latched. 6. Kettle with a hole that developed in clear plastic area of lid, rendering it useless. 7. Metal granule canisters with only weakly attached bases and the base dropped out of one. 8. A stapler without staples... No staples available in-store either! 9. Copper bottomed pots that started delaminating. One pot had the copper bottom completely detach from the base. Four pots in total had this fault out of four purchased! 9 ISSUES -------- 0 IN-STORE APOLOGIES

Petrol is cheaper than BP and it's easy to get to the petrol station.
