The store is quite large,easy to navigate around.Staff are extremely pleasant and by chance, one member has the same name as me..?I actually thought it was IAN WRIGHT serving me,an absolute doppelganger...This guy needs to be signed up to a looky likey agent pretty quickly..I will be going to shop there again. If I could do 100 stars,I definitely would.But please be patient with the staff,it looks like they need more bodies in the box...??

Good selection of things. But you have to scan your receipt on exit to prove you?ve paid, a measure which surely does nothing to deter or prevent actual shoplifters, but treats honest people like criminals. They?ve also introduced very big savings for Nectar card holders (like Tesco introduced for their clubcard) so that you?re practically forced to get the card and give your data.

Nice man on the self service tills on a Thursday evening,I asked about why are the eggs so white,and he give me a honest answer,made me laugh and he took the time to say thank you at the end of busy day at 21:45 and wished me a happy new year. I think his name was Ruby Very pleasant man

I have been informed about the security guard being particularly racist and aggressive against non-Caucasians. An utter disgrace. Having experienced this before I will forever avoid this store.

For people living around Cherry Hinton and Coldhams lane, this is one of the largest stores you could shop at.There are sections for everything, including wears. Lots of parking spaces and has a fair pricing

Sainsbury?s has replaced staffed checkouts with self service tills but not provided enough staff to supervise them. The staff are amazing and try to do their best but one person troubleshoot 16 tills is ridiculous and exploits both customers and staff. Having saved £000,000s by reducing staffed checkouts, big supermarkets are not providing quality services for their customers. Such a shame as it used to be my favourite grocery store.

Sainsbury's Chop Chop "delivery service" is the worst of them all & charges the most at £4.99. I've only used it 3 times & every time there's been a major problem so I'm never using it again & I advise everyone else not to bother using it!

Complete Police state, at the self service checkouts you have to pay for and show receipt before security tags are removed from items. Then on the exit have to scan the receipt to be allowed freedom of movement out of the self service area. More security than a military base, will not be back....
