Fast efficient service. No need to queue at the till to pay, mobile payment devices on the shop floor and emailed receipt. I did have to return some shoes which again was done super fast and efficiently. Scanned my email receipt, card in and out and done. Begs the question why all shops can't be like that.

Terrible service. Went in with my thirteen year old son to get him some "emergency" Converse shoes. I think the shop assistants in the Cambridge Grand Arcade branch should understand that they are there to serve and should not have the arrogance of a billionaire Hedge Fund manager or a Russian oligarch. Shop assistants are not there to be rude. They are there to provide a service. Nothing more and nothing less.
DO NOT GIVE YOUR BUSINESS TO THIS BRANCH.

A word of advice. People buy people ...
Your product is not unique. I walked out and bought my son's Converse shoes from "Office" in the Grand Arcade (30 seconds walk away). Efficient and friendly.
Tried to give a no star rating but that is not an option. Hence, the single star.
