So. I do not know where can I start ?! I am very disappointed with this company.
We bought a corner sofa in last September. This year February we complained about this product.
Now is end of August and we still have a procedure about the complain.(half year)
I do not want but anything there again. I lost my Faith in this company.

Staff very helpful pleasant and attentive, good advice given by knowledgeable staff, no pressure in buying goods, plenty of options and choices in fabrics. We were not hurried into making a decision of what we wanted to buy. Hence 5* given.

A painless experience from start to end. Setee arrived bang on time, and I’m delighted with it. By no means top end quality, but price reflects that. Overall, a very happy customer.

my review is on the cambridge store,salesman Khan was very helpful from start to finish of the buying process as was the manager. Needed 2 settees for another destination and they completed their end of the deal expertly. I hope the other depts are as professional.

Useless staff knowing nothing . Customer service even worst . Product quality bad , they should have to pay me to buy anything again from them . If anybody ask me where is a good sofa shop I will telling to him I do not know but I know where is the BAD .
