I am very satisfied with the glasses and the service that I received, the only problem I had was that the company does not have a recycling policy to save wasting materials!My new glasses cost one pound more than me recycling my perfectly good frames You are obviously making too much from selling new frames.

Avoid at all costs. Not really an opticians more a store that sells glasses. A numbers game really. Always making you wait even though you have an appointment, then they use young cheap staff who are poorly trained to supply glasses that don't work. Don't waste your time. Definitely shouldn't have gone to Specsavers
