Awful customer service. Told us off because we went in store to check what phones they have available. A youngster just said only if signing a contract else I'd like you to leave!! Thanks hope this shop close as well and then start complaining you don't have jobs

Tom our customer service advisor( grand arcade branch) who served me, was very helpful and knowledgeable about products, he gave me all information I needed to upgrade my old phone, am very happy with new upgrade so 5* given for his very professional help.

Staff very friendly and helpful I was able to get a new phone very quickly and at a great price no pushy sales staff trying to sell me things I didn't need. Very safe all staff in marks with screens between me and them. Couldn't be happier.

Beware of this store's scam tactics and psycho manager. We paid in store to top-up. The employee offered to top-up for us. The attempt did not go through. The manager, Mr Henry, said there is nothing he could do, and suggested we should buy a new top-up, or leave, without refunding the previous one! He became agressive and racially tinged. Mr Henry emphatically repeated "this is the UK" and pocketed the money we paid for the failed top-up! We left the store shocked and transferred to another, real phone company.

Normally I would never give four stars to a mobile phone shop (staff are typically more interested in the commision from their sales), but here they actually listened to my needs and I ended up leaving the shop with a product which cost less than the one I originally asked for - but fully covered my needs!
