Customer service was good and so the environment of the shop. However, we as internationals new in this country went to buy phone on installment. We weee told by other networks and people that our credit checks gonna fail so better don't try. But here they very over confidently made us apply for the phone. It was rejected due to credit check failure. The worst is that we can't even buy the contract sim of this network for 3 months. I mean, Only if staff had been a little smart, they would have recommended and applied for sims first and then phone. Now we're ineligible to buy even any contract sim for 3 months. I really believe the staff should be knowledgeable and considerate and inform ALL fully aware customer about the consequences of sucha process first before making a customer take sucha attempt.

Two guys that were working on 9/11/23 must be slowest at what they do I?ve ever seen. 40 minutes I was waiting at front desk while they?re ?helping? customer each and no attention whatsoever. Hope you managed to make a good deal, I have(shall I say had) 4 contract sim cards with Three. Never again. Useless. Aboslutely useless. Sort it out Three, I?m sure there must be someone out there who?s willing to put in shift and actually do their job promptly. Might as well shut it down as I don?t think you?re making great deal pf money from this specific branch. Thanks

Alfie was really helpful when I came in and he tried to find the best solution for a tricky problem. He was also really patient and kind. Can?t say the same for the Maurice who had a bit of attitude and seemed unwilling to help.

Walked into the store today for advice on how to manage my account due to me being made homeless. The gentleman and the lady guided me on how to approach customer services for the best outcome and they were right. Thank you for being so understanding with my situation and generally Three as an operator have always been fantastic with me.

Micha? is a brilliant customer advisor. I came into the store after having a lacklustre experience calling Three, and Micha? cleared up all the confusion, got me a great deal, and left me feeling really positive about Three. Whatever you?re paying him, it isn?t enough?

terrible situation. an employee of this company assured me that I can terminate the contract without taking money from me, the contract is made cunningly, it does not indicate termination provisions, only a link to the site is indicated. they are scammers. do not under any circumstances sign any contracts with them. I hope my review will save someone!
