Catastrophic service. I have ordered a phone online. At the time of booking the service failed on checkout and I had to start over again. I contacted Vodaphone on chat to make sure that I will not receive 2 phones. They said that it was all fine. 1 week after I receive an email saying that another phone will be delivered to me. I tried to cancel the delivery on the phone but they were enable to do so and said that I have to wait for the delivery and return it myself. Basically after doing everything to avoid receiving 2 phones, I am actually receiving 2 and Vodaphone refused to make any commercial gesture for the time I will spend to return the device to the store. Very poor start I have to say.

The staff here need some customer service training. I go in to buy a PAYG sim for my 2G phone and the guy offers me data packages, despite the fact that my phone uses no data, without even mentioning the cheaper minutes and texts only deal - blatantly trying to up sell me.
When I go back in with a problem on my SIM card I have to actively approach a staff member, despite 4 of them sitting around doing nothing. They then pass me over to another two people rather than dealing with my problem themselves.
Very unprofessional staff and I will not be dealing with Vodafone in the future.

Came in to review my tariff and data allowance, guy couldn't have been less helpful or enthusiastic (Was kind of near closing time). Medium height, slightly receding dark hair was v arrogant also. If my next experience in-store is anything similar to this one I wouldn't hesitate to switch providers once my contract is up..
