Very disappointed with our stay at Wallis Farm self catering cottages. The bathroom was old and the shower drain was disgusting. The bedding and towels were clean but the rest of the place was tired, dirty in places and dated with numerous cobwebs. Good for reaching Cambridge but neglected. The bathroom in the cottage did affect our enjoyment of staying in this area.

We have stayed here numerous times over the last few years. Our daughter lives very close to Wallis farmhouse and when all the family from yorkshire visit we book a room or 2 here. It is just perfect - comfortable, very clean, and has a lovely country feel. The kids love the tree house in the beautiful garden and a walk up to see the chickens and sheep. There is outside seating to each room which is lovely in the summer months. Will, the owner, leaves a few essentials for your arrival which is very convenient and thoughtful. Would not hesitate to recommend. Thank you again Will for our recent visit!

We stayed in one of the individual apartments in a small complex that used to be stables and associated rooms.The accommodation consisted of a large bedroom with an onsuite, a big lounge with a kitchenette, more than enough for a short stay.The rooms were warm and we had to turn the heating off as it was too hot, in February!Ample parking with nice walks around the village and countryside. It is close to the park and ride for Cambridge which we made use off.

Just come back from a 3 night break in the Tack Room. It was a lovely property wich is nicely appointed. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay. My only complaint would be that I found the mattress very uncomfortable. But that might just be personal preference. Overall I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this property if looking for somewhere to stay near Cambridge.

We stayed here whilst working locally. Will could not have been more helpful or accommodating. We stayed in both Elm and Crabapple. The cottages are lovely and the location is great. The local pub, the Blue Lion, is a very short walk away and was excellent.We would definitely stay again.

We booked the Tack Room for 2 nights at short notice & we?re lucky enough to find a vacancy. Perfect for 2 people, beautifully styled inside, clean & comfortable. Plenty of parking & only 10 mins to Cambridge park & ride. Kitchen is small, but has everything you need for a great stay (oven, hob, microwave)

We stayed in the Old Barn, it was spacious, clean and comfortable. The area was beautiful and quiet, surrounded by gardens and fields. We received a very warm welcome and were given lots of local information about where to go and what to do in Cambridge. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. There was also a hand sanitiser in the hall way.

Just spent a week staying in the Old Barn. Excellent accommodation. Scrupulously clean, comfortable and spacious. Very small kitchen but well equipped with a full stove fridge and microwave. Pub a few minutes walk away that serves good food. Convenient half hourly bus service into Cambridge from the village.

Visited with my husband and grandchildren..Accommodation was beautiful spotless clean.plenty of space for four people. Kitchen well equipped. Beds comfortable. Pub just down the road which did beautiful meals and takeout.We received a very warm welcome would definitely stay here again.thanks for a lovely stay
