Can?t complain main issues with a drive thru is the wait and gratefully that isn?t the caseHow ever 10pence per sauce when you have just spent £25 on food Not Good !!!!!!! I ate my food with absolutely no sauce beyond belief lol no but honestly when did they start charging for sauces the lady seemed conflicted and would not budge for the life of us so I gave up Parked up in one of there lonely bays and accepted my doom lol the thing is I thought right feeling a little naughty today got the funds so I treated my self to a cheese stacker and if your any thing like me when you go all out for the guilty pleasure that you haven?t been able to shake off your subconscious all day you expect it to go as planed and no sauce just ruined that for me and if I?m to want this post to make any difference it would be that they stop charging 10 pence for sauce

I've given up on this branch, 3 visits in a row with problems. Two times they missed items out of orders, then last night I place an order to be told that there's a system problem and our food will be 45 minutes, they didn't mention this when ordering! Just cancelled the order and left and won't be returning. McDonalds need to have a good look at why this restaurant is doing so poorly.

The chips were the best macdonalds chips we had in while, and all the other food was cooked well and arrived promptly. The nuggets were omitted from the happy meal but this was quickly rectified.

Drive thru for a fillet of fish on its own. Was told to park up and wait for the order and they would bring to me but people infront and behind us had much bigger orders and they got it straight away and I only ordered one burger. Not even a meal just one burger. It was okay. Fish was abit burntParking: If its busy its horrible to park as its a one way system and mcdonalds is the first one in so if its busy you're stuck until everyone else gets parked or drives out and can take 30 minutes to get out some times

Last time we went there was an hour wait to get the wrong order. Today they are open (?) but not taking any orders due to needing to do a systems update which they said will last until around 6am. I'd be more frustrated with the incompetence if it wasn't for the slave labour they had in recent years (lots of articles) and it's clear that there is no due diligence towards employees here. Why would you schedule an update and leave the store open for employees to deal with frustrated customers all night ?

This Morning went to Mcds for a Takeaway Breakfast. Ordered, payed for and was then asked to sit in the car park and await our meals. 10 Minutes passed which I think is to long and our meals where Finally Delivered Cold. Would have taken them back but Simply didn't have the time to do so.

Very poor drive-thru experience. We needed fast, convenient sustenance after a difficult day at the hospital. Imagine coming home and seeing burnt, dry patties in our BBQ Double Quarter Pounders with Cheese and Big Macs as well as fries so undercooked they were a lumpy mass (they had to be binned). Our order was obviously rushed with no quality control. And of course they know that with drive thru orders it is unlikely that anyone is going to drive all the way back to McDonalds to return the food. They didn't even give us a receipt for our order. Isn't their USP consistent food? McDs have a system for cooking and preparing food so why isn't this place doing that?

Visited a moment ago and was spoken to RUDELY by the male manager on duty, because the car infront paid for MY order and after fiddling with the happy meal before passing it back, the staff then tried to give me back the same happy meal that had been fiddled with by the previous car which i rightly refused - all to then be shouted at by the red faced male 'manager' to 'park up and wait for it to be made again then' rather than apologise for their mistake. Rudest and worst service i have ever had from a complete beetroot.

Don't get me wrong, food was good, but what is the point of deliver to your table stand number, as you still have to get up & get your sauce, salt & extra napkins, because the young lad only gave us 1 napkin, yet there were 2 of us. I think this system needs rejig, so it does benefit the customer who is waiting at the table for everything they need to enjoy the food.

DO NOT EAT HERE. Absolutely disgusting. Everything was cold, on three attempts!! They gave us three flat cokes, three flat fantas. Diabolical service, seems to be run by 0 year olds and none of them.give a damn!!!

I would like to compliment Ellie for her extra mile service. I ordered on the app 2 wraps and no one came for 25 mins I then asked ellie if there was an issue. She went out of her way to go back and sort the problem. She then prepared 2 fresh wraps for me as the others had been sitting there. She is a credit to the team??

Avoid visiting there if you want milkshakes or ice cream. Rarely accessible, and weeks like this.
