I telephoned Friday lunchtime 3rd December as I was unclear as to the bulb I needed. The telephone was answered promptly and a lady was helpful in explaining to me what I needed to buy. I placed an online order early afternoon, received a text message Saturday morning 4th that my order would be delivered that afternoon - and it was ! All good stuff, thanks.

Costing me so much to constantly replace the inferior GU10 tube lights at £5.00 per tube. 5 in my light fitting and can only get them from TP24. so please dont believe their hype and waste your money and time. Will throw the whole thing away once I can afford too. wouldn't want to pass on to some other poor soul. TP24 I'm very disappointed as always try to buy from local uk companies. Just not good enough.

Terrible proprietary fittings that force you to get bulbs from this company. Then they don't them in stock and won't send the order in two parts. Just change the whole light fitting!

I've only been able to leave one star. I'd rather leave zero stars or even negative. Awful awful awful. The light fittings we bought along with GU10 lamps... Didn't last 3 months. Replacing with GU10 from a different company and they also blew - also had to adapt the fitting to break off a couple of ceramic studs because they are made so you'll only use tp24 own lamps - which I refused to do ever again. The wall lights with tp24 own circular 'g40' are also no good. We've ended up taking all these lights down and they'll be going to the tip. So much for LED longevity and quality manufacturing!

The initial ceiling light was faulty, the replacement unit was incomplete, the follow up support totally failed to understand the problem, one error after another with the customer picking up the pieces and no apology! Do not buy from this 'don;t care' company
