“Parking was easy (avoid peak shopping times), the store had a good selection of frozen foods (plus a few non-frozen). Prices looked good (prepared meal portions are not enormous) and Iceland are always good at attractive packaging.”

“Shopping apart, lovely Laura contacted me to tell me that my 'lost' mobile had been found outside shop and handed into them. Eternally grateful and a lovely lady both on tel and in person”

“A bit difficult with getting out of car park and crosing road as its just on the corner and you don't see if cars coming. Polite staff when they are at their place as had cases waiting to pay and no one on the till- everyone doing something else than the check out. A bit annoying with basket taking when don't need but understandable. No pork mince ever when check ... but very nice bakery!”

“Busy today but that goes to show that not only do people shop there because it is a good bit cheaper than a rival store over the road but the quality of their selection of foodstuffs is good. Do some homework and compare their prices with that of Tesco/Sainsbury's and you will find that a lot of their stock is far cheaper than the others. We always start our shopping day here before we move on to the other stores, you find that what you buy saves money.Fantastic choice of sweet stuff, cakes and some fantastic bargains in the "Middle Aisle".If you want to save money on your shopping, I would recommend ALDI.Try it out and see, you have nothing to lose but everything to gain.”

“Does the job, prices as expected for the only shop in Haddenham but fair enough and some decent offers sometimes. Staff are great and you can nearly always park outside!”

“We visited the Waitrose in Ely to grab dinner, and the meal deals were of value, and we're of excellent quality. The only thing I have to say is the labels aren't clear about what is and what is not a meal deal, in particular the snacks, as most would have the red meal deal stickers, but some would not and would have a regular sticker. Otherwise, it was great, and we used the self-checkout; the lady running that section was fast to respond to our machines when it ran into an issue, but all in all, it was a great experience.”

“Very handy little shop within the BP garage. Stocks most everyday items and good for a top up. Also great if you are staying in the Travelodge which is on the same site, as is Burger King and a Starbucks.Just one criticism, some of their items are overpriced but it is what it is.”

“I am quite impressed, I was phoning at a busy time and could not get through to ask about my medication and a little while later I got a call from the pharmacist who had picked up my number.”

“Lovely, vast store, wide aisles and lots of stock availability. As with many other rival stores in the city and around the UK, their product prices seem to escalate weekly but they do still have a great store. One of the dog wet foodstuffs that I buy for our dog has shot up 20p in a week! C'mon Sainsbury's, you really are squeezing every last penny out of shoppers, aren't you! Nice big Café on-site too serving great food and a bonus, a Costa Coffee machine next to the tobacco counter for those that need their caffeine fix to go.Have to say though, their jam and ring doughnuts are scrummy, however, what they do also have is a "Hot food to go" counter which their rivals don't.So, where the pharmacy was is now a vast range of cosmetic products for both ladies and gentlemen, which is very handy and is actually very pleasant to browse through as the aisles and products are easily accessible. Also that they have undercover parking which, let me tell you, is just brilliant especially when it is raining or too hot to park in the sun as well as outside parking.Nice as well to know is that the Countryside Park is just across the way, a two minute walk which is great because you can do a shop, buy some snacks and then go for a leisurely walk round or take the kids to the play park or enjoy a picnic sat at one of the many seating arrangements.Another bonus for them is their on-site self-service fuel garage which is located just off the car-park.All in all, a nice store with very friendly staff but getting ever more expensive.”

“My first visit since they've finished rearranging the store. Visually it looks much better. It's tidy and well organised now. I like this little Tescos as it is close to home and the staff are always friendly.”

“Always a great place to chill with a clear view across the roofs to the cathedral. Marvellous bring-your-own-recyclable-mug-get-25p-off scheme but oh my you need time on your hands. Lovely smiles from a singular, swamped server ?”
