Amazing, such lovely staff. Honestly its so lovely to encounter friendly help from staff who were passionate about the product.My partner wanted hiking boots and the last pair had a minor defect, they simply called another shop and offered to pick them up during a work meeting. Awesome help.

I bought a jacket here and came back and noticed the same jacket was on more of a sale. The clerk went out of her way to get me a refund of the difference. I was totally impressed. She didn't just make a sale, she gained a repeat customer. Thank you! ?
