Waited 25 minutes from entering to leaving, for 2 small parts. Only one other customer in there when I arrived, and was already being served. Saw at least another 5 members of staff walking around in the store - not sure why one of them couldn't have served me?

I had a problem finding the correct connection for a new gas hob. The young lady ( sorry didn't get her name) was superb, sorted my issue after checking numerous connectors . Really first rate service.

Fast, efficient and friendly. I'm enjoying ordering on the app and clicking "I'm here" to receive my order - saves time having to give my order number to the staff.

Feelung sorry for a more mature woman working in the Ely branch. Walked in for a collection, 4 people at the counter chatting, totally ignored me until a lady came and delt with me. One star for their customer service but i would give the lady 5 stars

Either really good or really bad. Some stuff turns up and other days the delivery is late or not on it at all. Needs improvement. Some staff really polite and helpful though.

Not always the cheapest, but can't fault Screwfix for variety of product. Order online and never let me down yet with collection being available within a matter of minutes.Staff at Ely are always friendly and helpful.
