I have to say in all honesty I haven't been able to complain in 10 years I have lived here. We have 7 children and have had various illness and complications in that time and always am taken seriously. Although the ask my gp is what let's the place and bo doubt many surgeries down now, it's great when it's up and running but if it's not usually around 8.30am you are stuffed really. That being said I make sure to get on there early and I've never had a dr or paramedic? not call me back. I do miss not seeing a gp as I do find them to be a bit more thorough but in comparison to other gps in the wider cambridgeshite area who are absolutely useless I don't feel I can complain about staple.

All staff do an amazing job at Staploe, especially considering all the villages they cover aswell. I can honestly say, my family and myself have always been treated well . Thank you Staploe medical centre ?

Very good medical practice. Only issues are when Ask My GP is closed, but this is quite minor. Compared to problems friends and family are experiencing with their practices in various other locations around the country, we are very lucky with Staploe.

Rude. My previous GP twice granted me a medical exemption certificate for prescription due to a chronic condition. This GP refused to. When I queried this, understandably frustrated, I was told "Wow. Daniel that is an interesting approach to someone that is trying to help. I also don't think it is at all fair."Help would be going above and beyond to find out why one GP granted the certificate twice, and why this one won't.I was then told "Firstly this is yours form to complete, not mine." Again not the way my old GP handled it. Followed by "Secondly the reason you are "disappointed" is that i don't agree with your premise that you have a medically exempt criteria." No, I'm disappointed by your apathy."You don't meet the criteria and that i would and could not do this for you." Well my last GP did, because they cared. "It is not my job to investigate why a GP previously did this for you when you clearly don't meet the criteria." Again, total apathy."Generally we work extremely long days and work many hours to try and make a chronically underfunded NHS function." 4 day weeks aren't extremely long days, most of us can't pay to see a GP.So yeah, pretty rude, apathetic, and unprofessional from a GP. Shame I can't have my old one back seeing as I don't live in that postcode now.

Best clinic I?ve ever experienced. The team appears to work extremely well together and manages! While I never want to be a customer, it?s nice to know that they are there. Thank you.

That doctors from Gp are not doctors.. i think only with name are doctors. Thwy wanna kill my life with bed prescripsion... you are not professional doctors. So please try change your job if you dont know how to be good doctor in your careers. I cant say nothing positive !!!

Absolutely awful, I've never been with a GP that has such poor time management and communication skills. Noone there seems to have a clue what they're doing. We get it, everyone is busy, I'm busy at my job but the excuse of being busy wears thin when every single time you walk in they have a maximum of 3 patients.

Put me on two different tablets that can?t be mixed. Disgusting that they are trusted with people in general.

The website says the surgery is open, I have called 7 times and it just rings out. Either they are not bothering to answer or the line is faulty. I looked at bus times to go in, but the next bus is 06.20 tomorrow morning. So I?ll have to wait until then as I have no choice.

This place is very busy as it has a very large area that it serves. But the level of care i and my family have received here has been excellent. The car park isn't large and can often been quite busy. It has a dispensary

My husband has been ill for the last 2 months and has constantly been told, over the phone as you can?t see anyone, he had a chest infection. After actually getting to see a nurse today he got a proper diagnosis, he has a sinus and throat infection so has been given the wrong medication for the last 2 months because no one would see him in person, this needs to change staple you need to start seeing people again , you can not diagnose these things over the phone . But many thanks to the nurse who actually saw him today in person and gave him the right medication. The one star is for the nurse who saw him today.
