I'm trying to get someone to fulfil a repeat prescription for medication that I can't get from my usual pharmacy due to supply chain issues (read: Brexit). I need this medication to not become seriously ill again after having been signed off of work for 3 weeks recently. I had to call this place 6 times to get an answer (the previous times they clearly picked up and put the phone down on me). When I finally got someone on the other end of the line, they told me to hold for because they were busy - fair enough. When they eventually did speak to me, they clearly didn't listen to what I told them at all, so I repeated myself - I was then told that they straight-out weren't even going to try and help me.So, if you're looking for a similarly awful experience - go here. If you're not a fan of arrogant, dismissive staff, I'd suggest trying elsewhere. The staff at Lloyd's were very understanding and helpful.

I am quite impressed, I was phoning at a busy time and could not get through to ask about my medication and a little while later I got a call from the pharmacist who had picked up my number.

Went in to purchase something. Was served by the pharmacist who then stated that he couldn't serve me until the only person who could use the till came off of her break, and clarified that she would be back in 9 minutes. Wasn't too impressed by this, as I think it's very silly to only have one member who can use a till in a busy store. 25 minutes later, she's still not back and there's now more customers waiting to pay for items. Left without the item, very unimpressed and they definitely need better organisation and management. Pharmacist needs better social skills too.

I?m 18 year old black man that happened to be wearing a hoodie and joggers, coming in to get some co - codamol for my girlfriends bad stomach cramps, after paracetamol and ibuprofen had both not provided any relief, and was met with the fact I could not be served due to the lady behind the counter saying it?s not good for stomach pain, after arguing with the lady I proceeded to add that it?s only 8mg of codeine so why can?t I be served, she then said ?see no one knows it?s 8mg of codeine? automatically assuming I was some kind of drug dealer and it appeared that from the moment I?d asked for co - codamol she?d already decided she wouldn?t sell to me. This was insulting and led to a night of excruciating pain for my partner as everywhere else was shut, Tesco pharmacy was our only help and we were let down by a judgemental, unhelpful and inconsiderate pharmacist. Will not be going back!!!!

I thought they were mostly OK for a long time but after my last visit I will never show up there agien. They gave me the wrong pills and when I returned to ask for the right ones they had the nerve to try and charge me agien for the right ones. If I hadn't been taking these pills for a long time or hadn't looked to make sure they was right i might have taken medication that I didn?t need and who knows how that could have affected me. The mistake with the pills I can forgive as it seemed to be more of a mess up with the GP then the pharmacy but trying to charge me agien for pills I didn't want and backing down only after I argued back and refused to pay is ridiculous.
