Absolutely awful and will not be returning. If asked to complete a consultation beforehand online then this should be read and reviewed before the day of treatment.A day wasted and felt more stressed on leaving. I would not recommend.

Had a healing hands treatment today with Ellie. She was friendly/chatty and carried out a lovely relaxing treatment, the spa is clean and has a nice atmosphere, would highly recommend!
