Awful service! Tried to deliver a parcel to me when I was out at work, ignored my instructions on leaving in a safe place as registered on their app, instead leaving a card saying they would try again the following day (when I?m going to be at work again!). They did try again the following day and as the day before, I was at work and again as per the previous day, the safe place instructions were ignored, and another card was left saying that I?d need to contact them to rearrange delivery. I followed the instructions on the app and requested re-delivery for the Wednesday, and arranged to work from home that day so I would be here for the parcel. But alas, no parcel was received. I was then left with no choice but to call their customer service line, where I sat in a queue for just over 40 minutes, where I had to run through the issue and I was assured that they would speak to the depot manager and arrange for it to be delivered the following day (Thursday). It wasn?t delivered on Thursday so I had to call them again at which time I was told it had actually been scheduled for delivery on the Saturday. Here I am on the Monday, still no parcel, and I?ve had to call their number again, only to be told this time that they?ve actually lost the parcel. Absolute shambles, no wonder they?re in financial difficulty with service like this. I always thought it wasn?t possible for any delivery service to be as bad as Hermes/Ervi, but Royal Mail are clearly determined to be just as bad if not worse than them.

The Royal Mail employee who was on the counter was absolutely brilliant. I had popped in a day earlier to collect something but he didn't turn me away, was friendly, helpful and pleasant. This was on a Wednesday afternoon mid October.Ten out of ten for that gentleman, thank you.

Disgusting service. As Post Office does not accept 2nd Class 48h tracked items we went to the Huntington Depot.Never again. Rude staff in a rush. They don't even scan items properly. Now after a week at least 7 parcels are still in Hunts depot and never moved.Why should I pay double from my pocket to get my items delivered to the customer? Shame on you.Ok, I understand, you are fighting for better pay and so on but you still need to serve your customers in an appropriate manner.

I was probably unlucky at the time I went as there were 5 or 6 people in front of me in the queue. They took an age to find the mail of the first person and the office soon became packed.
