The lack of support is disgusting. It's more like a prison than any form of help. Least efficient place I've seen in my life, unsafe for residents and there's no mental health support. Living in KRC is a trap not a benefit. There is no end to the effort the resident has to put in, just to be told you have to wait on a staff member to finalise paperwork and that staff member stops coming in. This place ruins and breaks people. The system in place is backwards. If this is people's last hope they might as well give up before they even sign the application.
